2. Orders and Payment
ThursdayMarket operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the following:
- You must register an account before placing any order.
- You agree to pay the full amount of the order in cash at the time of delivery.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid phone number, so that we can successfully deliver your order.
- If you are unavailable to receive the delivery at the provided address, the delivery may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
All orders placed on our platform are subject to availability. If any items are out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and either offer a substitute or cancel the order, based on your preference.
3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Returns
You may cancel an order at any time before it is shipped by calling us. After shipment, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. In case of a delivery error or receipt of damaged goods, please notify us within 1 hour of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability
ThursdayMarket will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or services. In the event of any claim, our liability is limited to the total value of the order that caused the claim, and we will not be liable for any damages beyond that amount.
We are also not responsible for delays, interruptions, or damages resulting from external factors, such as third-party services, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
